We’re here safe and sound! It pretty much rained the whole day but no one complained. We’ve been having fun. After leaving the church we stopped to eat lunch at the day use area at Lake Mendocino. Once we got to camp, the campers got all their belongings and got organized in their cabin and worked on their cabin flag and cheer. Then we had a bit of free time before dinner. Dinner was homemade pizza and salad. Yum!
After dinner, we had our first Chapel session with worship and teaching lead by Pastor Zach. We also got to hear everyone’s cabin cheer. After that we had small group time in our cabins and since it was still raining, for our evening activity we had a movie night. We watched Wreck-It Ralph. And then it was bedtime.
